Menu of the week!!! It’s pumpkin week! 
This weekly decadent menu is inspired by a spooky colourful ingredients as pumpkin, orange, and cardamom.
I used them as guest ingredients in Italian traditional and autumnal recipes as gnocchi, ossobuco (my favourite one) Pannacotta and a gourmet salad.
