• 2 eggs

  • 80 gr sugar

  • 200gr flour

  • 200ml milk

  • 2 teaspoon baking powder


In large bowl, whisk flour, sugar, baking powder.
Add milk, butter and, eggs; stir until flour is moistened.

To make a classic pancake, heat a tiny bit of butter in a non-stick frying pan, just to coat the pan.
The pan must get very hot before you add any batter.
Pour 1cup of the mixture.
Turn when bubbles form on top of pancakes; cook until the second side is golden brown.

serve with fresh fruit, maple syrup or anything you like! ENJOY
