
Easy and Healthy breakfast smoothie ?? ?
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 banana
 - 1 kiwi
 - 50g strawberries or raspberries (or any soft fruit)
 - 1 Greek yogurt or 150 ml Milk
 - 1 spoon of honey
 - Just for kids, desperate to have Frappuccino, add a spoon of whipped cream on the top!
 
METHOD:
Put the ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth, pour in a glass and ENJOY!
