Easy and Healthy breakfast smoothie 🍓🥝 🍌

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 banana
  • 1 kiwi
  • 50g strawberries or raspberries (or any soft fruit)
  • 1 Greek yogurt or 150 ml Milk
  • 1 spoon of honey
  • Just for kids, desperate to have Frappuccino, add a spoon of whipped cream on the top!

METHOD:

Put the ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth, pour in a glass and ENJOY!
