Savoury brioche cake with Béchamel sauce, peas, French Raclette and Honey roast ham!
Here the recipe of the brioche, you can fill with what you prefer! I love with bechamel sauce, ham and cheese but I also make with ricotta and spinach.
- 500gr strong flour
- 150 unsalted butter
- 14gr dried yeast or 50gr fresh
- 4 eggs
- 2 spoons of sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 250 ml milk
Mix all the ingredients together on low speed for 10 minutes, until the dough is smooth and elastic. Put in a large bowl, cover and then allow the dough to rise for 2/3 hours at room temperature. Preheat oven to 180 grades. Bake for 40 minutes or until golden. Cool on a wire rack and serve warm. ENJOY!
