Just garlic, olives, capers, anchovies and tomatoes for a beautiful, easy and authentic Italian sauce.



  • 500g Cherry tomatoes
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 50g anchovies
  • 100g black olives, stoned and chopped
  • 50g capers, rinsed and roughly chopped
  • chilly flakes
  • Extra virgin olive oil


Heat oil in large pot over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for bout 1 minute. Add cherry tomatoes, cook until soft and then add chopped olives, anchovies and capers. Simmer sauce over medium-low heat until thickened. Season with salt and chilly flakes. ENJOY
